Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If FaangCoder doesn't work as expected, we're here to help.

Lifetime purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date, provided:

• You contact us within the 7-day window.
• The license key has not been activated on more than one device.

After the 7-day window, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through the Stripe billing portal linked from your dashboard. If you cannot access the portal, contact support and we will help you cancel. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
• No further charges will be made.
• Partial-month refunds are not provided.

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using FaangCoder (e.g., compatibility problems, crashes), contact us at support@faangcoder.ai. We will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion, regardless of the refund window.

To request a refund:

1. Email support@faangcoder.ai with the subject line "Refund Request".
2. Include the email address associated with your account.
3. Briefly describe your reason for the refund.

We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks result in additional fees and may lead to permanent account suspension. We are committed to resolving issues directly.
