Terms of Service

By accessing or using FaangCoder ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

FaangCoder provides technical interview preparation tools, including a website, downloadable desktop application, browser-based coding assessments, browser-proctor features, and associated cloud services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

Paid plans include a license key that is bound to a single device upon first activation. License keys are non-transferable. You may reset your device binding through your dashboard to move the license to a new machine.

You agree to use FaangCoder at your own risk and discretion. You are solely responsible for how you use the Service and for ensuring your use complies with any applicable policies of third-party platforms or employers. FaangCoder does not encourage or endorse any particular use case.

Paid plans are processed through Stripe. Lifetime plans are one-time purchases. Monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled through the Stripe billing portal or otherwise terminated in accordance with your subscription terms. All prices are in USD, and you agree to provide accurate billing information.

The Service, including all software, design, and content, is owned by FaangCoder and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for personal use only.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FaangCoder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the software is revoked.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
